Spanish 11 expands on the basic knowledge of Spanish 10, extending the student’s vocabulary. Students will also expand their cultural and historical knowledge by exploring the works of three of the greatest Mexican muralists; José Clemente Orozco, David Alfaro Siqueiros and of course Diego Rivera. At the end of the course, students will be able to successfully express their opinions, thoughts, or preferences on a wide variety of topics. They will be able to do so by using the past, present and future tenses, and by practicing their conversation skills with the DVDs provided. A basic knowledge of the language (offered in Spanish 10) is necessary unless of course you speak Spanish at home.
